The world's first competitive crypto puzzle game featuring classic Minesweeper Flags gameplay. Click Find Match to battle 1v1 - no signup, no wallet, no download. A guest account is created for you instantly, so your rating and earnings are tracked from move one. Earn $WAGMI through pure skill.
Ten seconds of our bunny having a very questionable day in a minefield.
Wallets are an exit, not an entry. You play first. You link a wallet only when you have something worth withdrawing - and only if you want to.
A guest account is created server-side the moment you arrive. No form. No email. No password. Click Find Match and you are in a ranked 1v1 in seconds.
Ranked matches, season points, and a real token balance are all available as a guest. Your rating and rewards are fully tracked from match one.
Link a social account - Google, Discord, X, Facebook, or Reddit. Your progress, rating, and balance carry over seamlessly - nothing resets.
Connect a wallet via SIWE and withdraw on-chain whenever you want - both your $WAGMI tokens and any cosmetic NFTs you own. Or never. Your balance is safe either way.
Two billion people already know the rules. That is the single largest untapped onboarding surface in Web3.
Minesweeper is pre-installed on every version of Windows ever shipped. A new player understands the core loop in seconds - before they know there is a token. Crypto complexity is hidden until it is relevant.
Matches resolve in minutes. There is no loading screen, no tutorial, no inventory to manage. The tight loop - play, improve, play again - drives the retention that turns casual players into token earners.
The board is information. Every experienced player can prove, cell by cell, whether a move was optimal. That determinism is what makes the provably-fair story credible - and compelling - to players who have never touched a blockchain.
The game requires no language, no cultural context, no prior gaming experience. And the PvP variant - Minesweeper Flags - has a high skill floor: beginners can play on day one, but mastering optimal deduction sequences, tempo, and probability takes years of deliberate practice.
"The hardest user acquisition problem in Web3 gaming is convincing someone to try your game before they understand the token."
WAGMINE inverts this entirely. Players arrive for Minesweeper - a game they already know - and discover the on-chain layer only after they have earned something worth keeping. By the time a wallet feels relevant, the player is already invested.
Along the way, the game gently educates: earning rewards teaches the concept of on-chain ownership, setting up a wallet is motivated by real value, and withdrawing funds shows how self-custody actually works - without a single tutorial page.
Two players. One shared minefield. Find mines to score points and keep your turn. The player with the most mines wins.
PvP Minesweeper Flags is a competitive two-player, turn-based online puzzle game played on a single shared grid. Unlike classic solo Minesweeper where players avoid hidden bombs, Flags players actively hunt and reveal mines. Finding a mine scores 1 point and awards an immediate extra turn; clicking a safe number tile passes the turn to the opponent.
Both players view and click the exact same board simultaneously. A per-player game clock keeps every match fast and decisive.
Uncovering a mine awards +1 point and lets you keep your turn. Skilled players chain multiple deductions in a row to seize momentum.
Clicking a safe number tile reveals adjacent territory but immediately passes the turn to your rival. Every move balances information gain against gifting clues.
Hit play and get paired with a rival in a live 1v1 match. No downloads, no sign-up forms, and no wallet needed - a guest account lets you jump straight into the minefield.
Live 1v1 matches on a shared board, with every move synced instantly. No waiting. Click once and you're competing.
No seed phrase. No bridge. No gas to start. Wallets are an exit option - you play, earn, and rank up first. Connect a wallet only when you want to withdraw.
Every completed game has a public replay and a cryptographic proof. The live leaderboard is open to anyone. Every match result is anchored on-chain - the house cannot cheat.
Behavioural timing analysis, skill-impossibility detection, and sybil cluster scoring run after every match. Flagged accounts forfeit their rewards entirely at season snapshot.
In a game where play produces rewards, "trust the server" is not a product - it is a liability. WAGMINE solves it end to end.
Every completed game is permanently replayable. Watch every move, verify every decision. Nothing is private after the match ends.
Season standings are public and real-time. Every player's ranking is visible to everyone - no hidden scoring, no admin adjustments.
Each match is hashed into a Merkle batch and anchored on-chain. A public verification drawer shows the sibling path, transaction hash, and block number for any game.
No premine. No founder allocation. No investors. Every $WAGMI that will ever exist is minted into the rewards contract and earned by a player on the board.
Season Reward Distribution
Zero allocation to team, founders, or investors.
The entire supply goes to players who earn it.
0x…dEaD, never collected by the platform
And more - additional burn mechanisms are already implemented or on the roadmap.
All burns move tokens to 0x…dEaD via the on-chain treasury and are recorded in immutable audit logs. No burn path routes tokens to a platform-controlled account - the deterrent is the farmer's loss, not the platform's gain.
The token never buys board advantage, hints, extra turns, rating protection, or matchmaking influence. Spending power buys identity - never competitive edge.
Minesweeper Flags proves the infrastructure. The infrastructure is the real asset - and every future game runs on the same token, the same accounts, and the same trust engine.
A head-to-head PvP variant two billion people already understand. Proves the full stack: provable fairness, seasonal token emissions, anti-abuse engine, and Web2.5 onboarding.
In developmentPoker's unsolved problem has always been "is the deal rigged?" The same seed-commitment and Merkle-anchoring primitives answer it directly - on the same $WAGMI token and the same player accounts.
Performance-rewarding, not gambling. Players earn $WAGMI through skill - not from the house or other players' losses. No rake, no odds, no house edge on outcomes.
Planned - 2027Every new game inherits identity, token, cosmetics, trust scoring, and on-chain proofs for free. Marginal build cost is only the game logic - not the platform underneath it.
FutureShared platform layer - built once, reused by every game
If playing produces rewards, farming is the business model. We treat bot and sybil resistance as the core engineering problem - not an afterthought.
Move-timing analysis on every match: mean click interval, fast-click ratio, timing variance, and fixed-delay signatures. Scores roll up to suspicious and reject thresholds automatically.
Every match is replayed server-side to find the clicks where no logical deduction was possible. On those cells, everyone faces the same odds - nobody can legitimately avoid mines at a rate far below the board's mine density, game after game. Accounts that do are flagged as using a modified client or an exploit, and take a heavy trust-score penalty.
Device fingerprints, ASN and geo-IP signals, and wallet-age verification feed a background cluster worker. Accounts farming each other are linked and their eligibility is evaluated together at season snapshot.
Every account carries a hidden 0-100 trust score, re-evaluated asynchronously after each match. It gates what an account can extract:
Everything you need to know about multiplayer Minesweeper Flags, getting started, and on-chain fairness.
PvP Minesweeper Flags is a 2-player turn-based logic battle on a shared minefield. Instead of avoiding bombs like in classic solo Minesweeper, your goal is to uncover hidden mines. Finding a mine awards you 1 point and lets you keep your turn. Revealing a safe numbered cell passes the turn to your rival. The match ends when all mines are discovered or one player secures a majority.
No crypto wallet or funds are needed to start playing. A guest account is generated automatically upon arrival so you can play immediately. You only connect a Web3 wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Phantom, or Coinbase Wallet via Sign-In with Ethereum) if you choose to withdraw your earned rewards or trade cosmetic items.
WAGMINE is 100% skill-driven with zero pay-to-win mechanics. Tokens cannot buy board advantages, hints, or ratings. Players compete on an ELO-ranked ladder where performance earns Leaderboard Points (LP). At the end of each weekly season, fixed token reward pools are distributed pro-rata to active players based strictly on their ranking.
Every grid layout is fixed before the match using a cryptographic seed commitment. Once a match concludes, the seed is published so both players can reconstruct the board cell-by-cell and prove no mines were moved. Match results are hashed into Merkle roots and anchored on-chain for tamper-proof permanence.
